Participants Aged 12 - 17 will be introduced to the basics of boxing. Group learning as well as individual workout elements introduced Program will cover Basic to intermediate boxing skill. Participant can transfer to competitive program after 3 months
Participants Aged 9 - 15 are introduced to the basic of boxing. Program will cover a wide range of movements physicality and awareness. Participants who are multi- sport athletes benefit from off & in season training. Progressive development will be made to match age and growth of participant
With well balanced nutrition and efficient exercise participants will benefit from the culture of boxing fitness within a group learning atmosphere. Benefits from boxing basics and fitness such as strength speed and agility can be obtained with hard work and frequency . We offer day and evening coed adult programs 4 days a week facilitated by coaches on site.
Aged 19 & Up are considered to be a Competitive Adult. Becoming competitive requires much dedication of time and effort. Participants with no or previous experience are welcome to train competitive. An active competitor will be registered with Boxing Ontario. A sports medical is mandatory to deem the participant 'Fit to Box". Fees for registration to Boxing Ontario apply annually.
Participants Aged 11 - 18 are considered as Junior and Youth Boxers. Jr A, Jr B, Jr C and Youth is the order of age groups. Participant may begin real competition the year of their 12th Birthday. Medicals to deem Boxer "Fit To Box" are mandatory as well as registration with Boxing Ontario. Fees apply. Becoming competitive requires much dedication of time and effort.
